I gladly accept returns and cancellations

Contact me within: 3 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery

Cancellations: You can request a cancellation for the full amount up until the point of shipping. Once the postage has been acquired cancellation is not possible. 

I don't accept exchanges

All postage for returned items are the responsibility of the buyer. Once an unwanted item has been returned to the seller a refund will be issued. Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

Shipping Information: Packages are shipped via United States Postal Service First Class Mail and United States Postal Service Priority Mail. In most cases, packages are delivered within 3 - 7 days from the ship date depending on distance for First Class and 1 - 3 days for Priority. UPS, FedEx, and USPS next day available upon request. Please contact me before item ships for corrected postage.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION - If a package is returned due to an incorrect shipping address that you provided, you may be responsible for any return shipping cost as well as the re-delivery cost. 

Please note: We can not be responsible for items sent to an incorrect address provided by you that is not returned. We will mail to the address that is provided by Goimagine check out. 

Lost Items: Once I have shipped an item I follow through by checking the progress of the package until it has been delivered. However, if you believe that there may be an issue and you have not received your package please contact me and I will be happy to help you with that. Please allow us the time and opportunity to resolve the issue with you. 

Please Be Aware: We will not be responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. We will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for you to investigate.
